I have decided I will dedicate the blog to Kate Bush. It is is named after my favourite song, not just of hers, but of all songs! I have loved her music since I first heard Running Up That Hill on the radio in 1985. Was hooked instantly. You could say, “Why wasn’t I hooked earlier?” And that, I would say now, in hindsight, is a valid question. No real answer to it though. It just happened that way. More lately, everything seems to be Kate, so I guess that this is part of that current, ongoing ‘obsession’, if you could call it that.
I’ll add some news and thoughts about her music as and when I have any. At the time of writing, Kate has not long released 50 Words For Snow. So there is that to talk about as much as anything else. I would like to get a photo gallery together and I would like that to be of as high quality as I can get. Don’t quite know how I’d like to best organise that. I could use Coppermine or Gallery but I don’t want to navigate away from these pages if I can help it. To be continued …
