I intend to look at the meaning of The Ninth Wave from Kate’s Hounds of Love album and from which this blog’s title is derived. For years I was under the wrong impression about the origins of The Ninth Wave and now that I some more idea, I wanted to gather as much information as I could and put it together in one place. It’s one of the most beautiful of all Kate’s music, where, in my opinion at least, each song can stand alone but has so much more meaning as part of the whole. Hopefully, I can do some justice to that here.
